NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO ADOPT ANNUAL BUDGET

PUBLIC NOTICE OF RATE AND FEE HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Mountain Club Domestic Water Improvement District will hold a public hearing and special meeting to adopt a budget and to approve water rates and fees at 5:00 pm on July 1, 2026 at the Mountain Club Clubhouse, 910 W Clubhouse Dr, Prescot, AZ. Any taxpayer or resident of the District may appear and be heard on any part of the proposed budget and/or proposed rate and fees schedule.

The proposed budget summary is as follows:

Total Revenues: $767,175
Administration Expenses: $93,205
Professional Services: $106,600
System Operation Expenses: $385,000
Miscellaneous Expenses: $2,000
Contingency Reserve: $180,370
Total Expenditures: $767,175
Net Operating Results: $0
