The Mountain Club Domestic Water Improvement District (DWID) was approved and established by the Yavapai County Board of Supervisors on October 15, 2025. Until the DWID is fully functioning, if you experience an unexpected water outage, check your email for an alert or call the Mountain Club Community Business Office (Tri-City Property Management) 24 hours a day: (928) 237-2224.
