REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Mountain Club Domestic Water Improvement District (“District”) will deliver water (via existing water lines and meters) to approximately 400 customers, and seeks proposals from qualified contractors for one or more of the following services: 1) Certified Water Operator; 2) Utility Billing/Customer Service; 3) Accounting.
